Welcome to the Birchwood School’s book tasting buffet — a place to sample novels for all tastes! Students were invited to review and “taste” novels from different genres before writing their thoughts about each book in a “menu.” With English teacher Deborah Testi’s class transformed into a café, ninth, tenth and eleventh graders developed their taste for literature while expanding their palates
